    Hi, Adding friction values to a contact makes the case more non linear and that's why you are getting high contact energy. In such cases you can safely discard this high contact energy. If the contact energy is due to penetrations/intersections/contact definitions...etc then you will have to pay attention and need to reduce. Best Regards, .

    Hi Phat, Flexible bodies for MotionSolve need to have RBE2 as rigid elements. RBE3 won't work. Can you try switch the element type to RBE2 in HM and create it again?

    You should subtract the elastic strain (0.000799994) to get only plastic strains. So the table should be: 0 @ 152 0.002481 @ 228 and so on It is odd the plastic strain is not visible- can you share the model? Attached is an example of law 36 with plastic strain. plate_example.hm
