  1. Sorry that I can't share the h3d file with you. I wish to overwrite my contact card, but after I clicked the run in auto process, everything restore to default. Why? Can anyone teach me to overwrite the contact card? Thank you very much.
  2. Hi, Can anyone please tell me why my die will travel over the binder as shown in picture E2? Can anyone please teach me how to solve the warning problem as shown in picture E1? Thank you very much.
  3. Hi, I faced new errors again. I use law 32 as my material but the errors blamed the property now. Please help. Thank you very much.
  4. Hi, Thanks for the reply. I wish to do the material calibration like show in HS-4200 Material Calibration Using System Identification. The material law implied in Hyperform is law 43. So, if I use law 32, is it not compatible with my objective? How to import those curve if I insist want to use law 43? Thank you.
  5. Hi, I manage to complete the tutorial. But when I modify or change my material model, problems encountered when solved in Radioss. Please refer to picture attached for further details. Thank you in advance.
  6. Hi, Does anyone know how to set number of cores or memory in Hyperstudy for solving? Thank you.
  7. Hi Prakash Pagadala, Why use HyperExtrude to run stochastic analysis since my results generated from Hyperform? My case is to run the stochastic analysis after I got the optimization result from Hyperform to study the reliability of results. The files you need are: 1) .tpl 2) shapesFile.radioss51.node.tpl 3) shapeFile.shp 4) 0000.rad 5) 0001.rad 6) .dat ( Response ) 7) opt.dat ( Response) Correct? Thank you very much.
  8. Hi, can anyone please tell me is it possible to carry out stochastic analysis after run incremental optimisation in hyperform? Thank you very much.
  9. Hi, Can I ask are the initial value: 0 lower bound: -1 upper bound: 1 must be those value? Cannot like upper bound 5, lower bound 1, initial value = 3? Thank you very much.
  10. Hi, I observed there is some split or thinning from forming result. So in order to optimise, I need to morph the blank, correct? But the blank is flat, how am I going to morph those shapes? Thank you very much.
  11. Hi, Anyone can tell me why morph at blank but not the die? Is it possible to morph at die and run the optimization in incremental? Thank you

Hi Prakash Pagadala, I tried to delete all those elements that cause error id 197 and error id 1023 and it manage to run until the generation of engine file which is 001.rad file. The error message that I got is message id 44: abnormal end. I checked the connectivity problems but the software told me no. But there are a lot of free edges after I delete those problems elements. Those problems elements occur at the blank that I imported after forming process only. Can you please tell me why based on your experience? Thank you.

Hi Prakash Pagadala, I followed your instructions but the error id 1023 still there. I don't understand why use the .sta file used for running trimming instead use the .sta after trimming? Thank you very much.

Hi Prakash Pagadala, I can run the trim stage with .sta from forming stage. I faced errors in flange stage no matter I use the blank in .sta format or .igs format. Please help me in flange stage. I can't move on with those errors occured. Thank you.

Hi Prakash Pagadala, I already share the model with you with the email of tapowat123@gmail.com. Did you receive them? Please teach and point out where are my mistakes. Thank you very much.
