  1. Hello, I am simulating a three point bending test for a composite laminate layup and I would like to find the force require for failure or alternatively a method of obtaining the point at which any specific ply has failed under the application of a specific force? Many thanks, Ahmed Gehad
  2. Hello, I am trying to plot force/displacement in HyperStudy and at the moment I can only plot displacement at certain node (N1, N2, N3,....) however I would like to plot using maximum displacement. Can anyone instruct me to how I can output maximum displacement to be able to plot it in HyperStudy? Many thanks, Ahmed
  3. I have attempted to request both GPFORCE and SPCFORCE however both do not allow me to see the forces I applied earlier in HyperMesh in order to plot a graph in HyperGraph.

  5. Hello, I am simulating a three point bend test on a composite sample. I would like to simulate/ analyse a range of forces at once and view the analysis as a graph rather than simulating one force to be applied separately. Can someone instruct me if its possible to use a previously meshed model from HyperMesh in HyperStudy to apply parameter sweep of forces? Many thanks
  6. Hello, I am simulating a three point bend test on a composite sample. Can someone instruct me to how I can plot a force/displacement graph and force/stress graph? At the moment I cant find force as a component to plot when I attempt to use build plots from HyperGraph. Extra: Is it possible for me to simulate a range of forces to be applied on the sample at once, such as parameter sweep? Many thanks
