  7. Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to convert Radioss-block format to LS-Dyna format? I have a crash test and would like to convert it to Dyna but it seems like only conversion to Optistruct and Pamcrash are available. Thanks.
  8. Well, I mean I want to have the same mesh on the solid surface as well.Can I do that using this projection method? I actually tried it but it does nothing for my case.

  10. Hello, I have two components one of which is a shell and the other is a solid. Some protion of the shell surface overlaps with one face of the solid. Both have very complex shapes. How can I have the same mesh on the overlapping surfaces and connect these shell and solid elements? this is analogous to a plastic sheet (shell) reinforced by a thick layer of foam (solid). It will be great if it is possible to mesh the shell first and then the solid. Thanks

  12. Well, this is a crush test (not crash) and the inertial forces are negligible. This is just a simplified version of my model, which has several other parts in contact. I guess I can still use RADIOSS explicit but I need to know how to do mass scaling (since the loading rate is small (small time step), simulation will take a lot of time to complete). Can you provide any info about mass scaling? Thanks
