    Your mesh looks good. But it's possible to do that better.
    In fact, in FEA world, we have to know where we have to ... stop to get something acceptable :-)

    I think you can do it in shell with variable thickness.

    thanks Rahul actually I want to post a similar image but i was so lazy to go to hot room and open computer, instead i lay in cool room and use gift phone to answer him. Is there any tiny hypermesh version that i can install on android?

    I think it should be on geom because it will represent shape better.
    When switch to 2nd, toggle the option "mid nodes exactly..." on order change panel
    But your primary nodes must be associated to geom first, otherwise use panel tool>project to project mid nodes to surfs

    1.Yes it is possible to mesh some part with hex & some part with tetrahedral element.
    2.You can define contact to transfer load and moment from one part to another.
    Which explicit solver you are using for analysis?
