The acuSolve utility 'acuSif' (which is for Split Internal Faces) has an option to create thermal shell elements. The attached example illustrates the process from creating the base mesh in AcuConsole, using acuSif to create the thermal shells, and using Package Mesh to bring the updated mesh back toAcuConsole.
