  1. Hello, I want to make a thermal simulation with the solver acusolve in hypermesh. In this simulation i hahave a control volume (water) that flows through a a cold plate i n contact with multiple solids with a heat source. The problem is that when I make the mesh in hypermesh it does not make coincident nodes between txo different volumes, as it does in acuconsole. What should I define te make the nodes in the shared surfaces between different volumes coincident? Thank you
  2. Hi I'm trying to develop passenger thermal comfort, and I don't know how to setup relative humidity inside the cabin. Anyone have any idea? For the prediction of passenger thermal comfort the distribution of humidity inside the cabin plays an important role. The relative humidity at the vicinity of an occupant changes in time through temperature changes and potential drying of the air. Therefore a species equation must be added to the system of equations. With this the transient convection and diffusion of water vapor inside the passenger compartment is simulated. Thanks Regards
  3. Hello Guys! I'm trying to perform an Thermal/Structural Analysis in Optistruct. But, I didn't found on tutorials, how can I input some structural loads, like forces, pressures and moments, working together with thermal loads, like heat flux and convection. I wish to learn how can i do this in a Steady-State and Transient Analysis. Would you help me? The model is a brake disc with a brake torque. Thanks in advance!
  4. Dear All, I want to make electrical simulation combine with thermal (heat transfer) aspect on complex assembly. I've made the FE model with hypermesh optistruct profile and export as .fem file, but I can not import it to FLUX. Is there any way to do it? Please, need your advise.
