  1. Hi techs! I've created a Ball & Beam model on MotionView to explore a co-simulation with Activate. Many of you may have seen this on undergraduate/master class studying on frequency or even on time domain. I've decided to do something different, creating the model on a multibody environment. The control is a simple PD, where I've calculated using analytical method (Kp +Kd.s) with a specified overshoot and settling time. You could explore changing its values... I'd like to thank @Livio Mariano for suggesting me his own low-pass filter in a way to filter the input displacement signal (without it I was having a problem to converge).   2. hello, i have previously interfaced flux with matlab in my older pc. i had to replace it and i am working on my new pc. but now i am facing with some errors regarding license. please help. thank you
  3. I have given Hyperworks 17.0 student edition. When i try to open Matlab from Flux Main window Matlab Button is not arriving and also when i tried to set the Matlab path in the coupling software no file is showing (Matalb.exe file). How i can i open Matlab from Flux to do the cosimulation? In the attached figure when i am giving path in the Coupled software section no files is showing also after selecting the All files option. In the other when i was trying to run matlab there it is showing like this. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?
  4. Dear All, Both AcuSolve (CFD) and MotionSolve (MBD) Hyperworks Solvers can be coupled, cosimulation is possible.   5. Hello, I set up the cosimulation from the tutorial (inverted pendulum). In the end, it worked and I could adjust both, matlab and hyperworks Model for a SISO-control design. However, I fail to set up a co-simulation with my own model. I tried to connect a Hyperworksmodel (revolution shaft cam from the motionview tutorial) with a matlab model (providing just a sine offset and one output). By running the motionsolve model and creating an xml file for the matlab input, I receive the weird output: Both models are attached. I don't know how to resolve this error. Do you have any clue?
