  1. Hi all, I am trying to find duplicate surfaces in a model. I couldn't find any Tcl command for searching duplicate surfaces, however there is following Tcl command from HyperMesh Desktop Reference Guide which searches faces: *createmark faces 1 all *facepreviewduplicates 1 0.1 In the status message bar, the message "5 faces are duplicate" appears. However my target is to find out the pairs of duplicate surfaces. Is it possible using HyperMesh Tcl? Best regards, Mubeen
  2. Hi, everyone. I encountered a problem when I reflected a model with area connectors. The model is symmetric, but the whole model must be analyzed in some cases. I reflected the original half model (half model.hm) about xz plane of AxisSystem1 (ID=1) by using *duplicateentities and *reflectmarkwithoption and *equivalence commands, then merged the same components and load collectors. Expected COMPONENT numbers, found INTEGER (0). . . . The errors in .out file reflect that the RBE3 elements in the reflected Glue component have wrong information. The RBE3 elements seem not to be reflected properly. BTW, the half model can be analyzed normally. I don't know where the problem is. Can anybody gives me some advices?   3. Hi! I want to export a heatsink mesh file into fluent. According to the below pictures, a volume of fluid passes through a heatsink using a suction fan located inside the elbow duct. The mesh was produced using automesh and solid map (line drag) for solid and fluid parts. Boundary conditions were defined as figs 1,2 and 3 shows. As figs 4 and 5 show, while I was exporting the final model to fluent, the error says that there is duplicate and mixed element types in my model. What can I do to fix this error and export my model successfully in the fluent? looking forward to receive your kind help
