I’m currently exploring Embedded and I’ve got a C2000 Piccolo LaunchPad from TI and I was trying to run a simple BLINK code. However, when I tried to compile, I got these two errors below. I’m installed CSS version 6.2 and my embedded is the 2017 version How do I solve this issue?
Hello, I need to use fxATan2 block to decode the angle value. I need an efficient way to do this so I am using fixed-point blocks. The issue is that I am not able to extract the angle value using fixed point arc tan block. I was not a problem decoding angle value from normal atan block. I have attached a simulation file. Please check and advise me what changes are needed to be done. Note: I have tried converting the sin/cos to per unit as recommended in help. With both fx1.16 & fx1.32 based data types but nothing worked. If there is another efficient way to do this then please recommend as atan is itself quite inefficient. fxATan2_test.vsm
Hi, I'm trying to communicate between two C2000 piccolo boards through i2C protocol. Though the sending end seems working I can't confirm the operation on receiving end. Here what I did was the sending operation run in debug mode while receiving program loaded to other board through flash programming. If anyone can assist me how to figure the correct operation would an immense support. I'm attaching two of my diagrams I used to program the devices. Thanks. i2Crecieve.vsm i2Cwrite.vsm i2Cwrite-d.vsm
Hi guys, I'm having some problems with the discrete Transfer Function block. I'm trying to recreate the TF behavior I'm getting from Matlab, but I'm nowhere near. I have tried using both the Polynomial and the Poles and Zeros option to enter the values, but the output remains the same. z^4 - 3.753 z^3 + 5.272 z^2 - 3.286 z + 0.7666 / 4.421e-07 z^4 - 4.333e-07 z^3 I've attached my Embed file, that contains the Reference and the TF blocks. I've also included a couple of screenshots from Matlab that show the behavior I'd like to obtain from Embed. I've made sure that Embed and Matlab have the same Time Step, which you'll be able to see from the reference input (it's the same on both softwares). I don't know what else to do, I really hope you can help me out. Bezier_test.vsm
