  1. I am using the NLOUT card to gain access to the incremental results of a non-linear problem for which I am using the NLSTAT solver. Is there a way that I can write these incremental results for a single node to an output punch file? I am familiar with how to produce the punch output file (enable the output request in the subcase options, choose the quantity I want to output, define a set containing the nodes I want the results on, set the format to punch), but this seems to only write results for the final load increment. If this isn't a possibility, is there a convenient way in hyperview that I could run a macro/tcl script to access these results for a single node and store them in a text file?
  2. I am using Hypermesh and optistruct 17.2 version. I want to get grid point reaction forces, stresses and strains at intermediate stage so that I can plot force vs time curve, stress vs time curve. I have used GPFORCE, GPSTRESS, GPSTRAIN in global output request. Format type is H3D for all. Analysis type NLSTAT with LGDISP. Please check output file attached. *** WARNING # 6328 Loadcase 1 contains a GPFORCE output request but NLOUT incremental output isn't available for that result type. Results will be output for the last increment exclusively. I have used NLOUT card and set NINT to 10. I am expecting incremental force vs time, stress vs time, strain vs time contour in Hyperview H3D format. But I am getting contour results only at last time step (i.e. load factor 1 ). Mumps solver is used by default for nonlinear analysis. Same is case for GPSTRESS and GPSTRAIN contour results. Please help me in solving this problem. 6_MAXLOAD_trail_Forcesoutput.out
  3. Hello, I want to prescribe a maximum increment during a NLSTAT analysis. Because I need a number of reaction forces over a presribed displacement (detailled force-discplacement curve). I tried with a high number of NINC in NLPARM, with DTMAX in NLPARMX and with FIXTID in NLPARMX pointing to a table. None worked. Can you help me? AltairForum_Example.fem
