  1. How to select a curve from the curve section and click apply on in move to section under scale, offset and axis assignment panel using TCL.
  2. I understand that I can use the scale panel to scale components to change the units, but is there an easy way to scale the shell thickness of 2D elements? Or in other words, to change the thickness in the properties for a shell section? Thank you.
  3. Hi! Maybe this is a stupid question: How do I make sure that my mesh has the correct size so that the unit match to the one from the CT. I use MITK GEM to segment and export/import it as STL from there to Hypermesh. Thanks a lot! Best, J
  4. Hello everyone, I am currently running some optimizations for a strucutural component, which I have to write an Essay about. While looking at the eigen modes Output, this question accured: What is the Unit displayed on the scale? It says Eigen Modes Magnitude, but does that mean the oscillation in Hz, the displacement in mm, no unit or another unit? I appreciate any help and hints!
  5. Hey! Is there any way to scale single loads, load collectors or load steps in HyperMesh using Optistruct as the solver? Ich can't really find anything. All I found was "use the LOAD controll card". I found it via 'controll cards -->global_case_control --> Load' but it seems that this one just gives the Loadcas ID.
