As of now there is no toolkit available, but there should be one coming with the next version.


From one of our experts, suggested approaches to model are:


Approach 1:

·        Model the belt as set of bodies connected by bush or revolute joints.

·        Define rigid body contacts between pulley & belt bodies.


Cons: - Solver convergence may be an issue due to highly oscillating contact forces.


Approach 2:

If interested in motion transmission but not the contact forces, one can try using a user subroutines.
