License Error 106! No valid license!

The dongle requires a certified time which needs to be updated typically every 30 days. This has the advantage for the customer that we can provide a replacement dongle in case the dongle gets lost (without the need to purchase the license again).

The certified time is updated automatically when starting ProMan in case of internet connection (via open port 22350, i.e. this port needs to be open).

You can check the certified time in the CodeMeter WebAdmin under the Contents tab:





Please press the update button to update the certified time. If there is no internet connection you will get the error 400. In this case please open the port 22350, also on the firewall of your company/institution. Alternatively you can update the certified time on another PC outside the network if the CodeMeter Runtime environment is installed on the corresponding PC.
