Torque and Force Inputs in Motion view

Hello,

In motionview, 

I am analysing a revolute joint connection which connects a small rectangular bar of (50x10x2) mm in dimension with a large rectangular bar of (100 x 10 x 2) mm in dimension.

I would like to make the small bar fixed to ground.

Need to give torque input in large bar and an opposing force input in the same bar.

But, the input "define motion on joint" option is having only disp., vel. and accn.

How to feed in the force and the torque inputs?
