Internal Programming error in Optistruct

Hi,

 

I am get the below error while simulating in Optistruct, This is the first time I am getting this error and I am not able to figure it out, Kindly give me a solution. I tried all the iterations regarding this issue from altair forum , I am using 2017 version, cleared all the temporary files, element count =1166221, Hexa elements, Using NLSTAT with material and contact non linearity and pretension loading.

try to solve reduced model/part of model.
it's difficult to search mistake in large model.
