Reaction forces half of expected

Hi,

 

I set up this test model to analyse how forces and supports are used. The right hand face is rigidly supported and all translations and rotations are constrained. The left hand face has a 1 N load applied in the z direction as shown. This problem is essentially a cantilever beam with a fixed end. Therefore with only one support and one force the reaction force at the support should register as 1N, but it registers as 0.5 N. Why is this?

 

I have attached the file below, working with Inspire 2018.3
