Flywheel optimization

I want to optimize a flywheel that rotates at 30000rpm but I have some problems. The non design space is the external part of the flywheel and the internal part attached to the shaft. If i put a motor that rotates at 30000rpm or angular velocity apllyed to the whole part the optimization problem doesn't give a result. How can i model this flywheel that rotates at 30000rpm, is there any way to apply a centrifugal force based on the density and the geometry of the flywheel? Thank you in advance
